OpenStudy (anonymous):

what are the underlined words?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

since early this summer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think it is a subordinate clause since it would not make sense on its own and needs an independent or a main clause to support it. What do you think?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok, well that's great then :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok soo do you agree with C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah the answer is C. Subordinate clauses are formed when the clause itself cannot stand alone as a sentence and when subordinate conjunctions, such as "although," "because," "since," and "after," are included.
