AlCl3(s)+6H2O(l)→[Al(H2O)6]3+(aq)+3Cl−(aq) This the reaction right? I'm not sure though ! But according to the question it says combustion. If AlCl3 is cumbusted it doesn't form Al metal right ?

Actually in Water is should be like this: AlCl3(s) + H2O(l) = Al(OH)3(s) + HCl(aq) While for the combustion Im not sure, but whan you rise the T very higt it will break the bond between Al and Cl, and you should get Al(l).
