To be a function each x value must have a unique y value, so it isnt a function because x=0 has 2 y-values
Alright thank you! I didn't think that it was, and I forgot the rule about x values not being repeated. And it's getting late and I've been doing math all day, excuses excuses... Thank you @UsukiDoll for putting it into terms that will work in the assignment also. Just curious I want to make sure, it doesn't matter if y values repeat, right?
