I believe it's C, because William Penn allowed many religions to roam free in his colony, while most colonies didnt allow that.

Many native americans felt threatened by an English presence, they would either steal or raid colonies. I believe C is the right answer because he allowed all religions, most didnt because English influence of religion and what not didnt matter to him, but to others it did.

A looks like the right answer. The middle region was always known for fishing and how much it produced from it. The northern region was more about trade and industry and what not. The southern region was all about farming or cattle..
