yes it is possible lets say p=10 q=0 r=5 it would look like this 10(0)+0(5)<10(5) 0<50

let me use another example p=5 q=2 r=1 5*2+2*1<5*1 10+2<5 12<5 No it is only sometimes possible plug in p = 7 r = 2 q = 9 tell me what u get

if you're talking about PQR being a triangle, then no it's not possible The triangle inequality theorem says that if you have a triangle with sides a,b,c, then these three things must be true a+b > c a+c > b b+c > a
