A hyperbole is an exaggerated statement or claim not meant to be taken literally. Perhaps it might be verbal irony, which is irony in which a person says or writes one thing and means another, or uses words to convey a meaning that is the opposite of the literal meaning. I think verbal irony would be your best bet.

Yeah I was thinking either Hyperbole or Verbal Irony but I just couldn't decide, but thank you so much. I will decide to go with Verbal Irony and write my essay with that one! :)
