Do you have any thoughts on how to start?
I'm sorry but I don't chemistry myself...
The lower the pH of a solution the higher the \([H^+]\) is, and, the more acidic it is. HCl is shown as having the lowest pH, but HBr is a stronger acid. There are two distinctions you have to make between acidic solutions and acidity in terms the extent of dissociation of protons, \(H^+\). The acidity of a solution is measured by pH, the concentration of hydronium ions in solution. The extent of dissociation of protons from binary acids, like HCl and HBr, is measured by the stability of the conjugate base, \(Cl^-\) and \(Br^-\) respectively, in solution.
