That is more than obvious atm. The Key to getting over that fear is familarizing yourself more and more with mathematical concepts and learning actively. Watch khan Academy videos related to the topics you're currently studying. Review problem solving approaches posted by experts on algebra.com. Journal about your experiences. Create flash cards for key concepts, terms, and formulas.
