Help Finding the Remaining Angles Image : https://i.gyazo.com/5b80ba4fabaaf6be37d2471375402920.png Current Answers : 7a 83 degrees 7g 35 degrees 7i 72 degrees 7l 35 degrees I need help on 7b-7f, 7h, and 7j-7k.

OpenStudy (baru):

why do you say 7i is 72 degrees?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@baru I did 180 - m - u to get 72 degrees. So m = 83, and u = 35 degrees. 180 - 83 - 35 = ... 62. Oops.

OpenStudy (baru):

:) ya its 62

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@baru Do you know anything about how to solve the others? I still can't figure it out.

OpenStudy (baru):

these are all that you have solved?...cant figure anything else?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm currently trying to figure it out but I can't seem to get it to click what one of the values is on the other intersections to go off of. If I had say angle r, k, y, or n I could figure out the rest in that cluster or the same goes for v, x, p, and t but I can't seem to get them haha.

OpenStudy (baru):

do you know what i mean when i say "alternate interior angles?"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I understand the concept, but not too well. That one's where it'd be like.. g and x are the same?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Or is that same-side interior angles?

OpenStudy (baru):

no...g and v

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I see. Sorry, got them confused haha. Thank you, I think I can solve it now. I'll @ you if it doesn't work out! :)

OpenStudy (baru):

ok

OpenStudy (baru):

a\|dw:1444404352047:dw| any way, this is what alternate interior angles look like. it looks like the angles formed by the letter " Z ". a

OpenStudy (baru):

*ignore that random circle*

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So it'd be angles n and t, y and v, p and n, etc? //on my image anyways,

OpenStudy (anonymous):

These are the answers I got after figuring that out, I hope I did it right haha. 7a 83 degrees 7b 97 degrees 7c 83 degrees 7d 83 degrees. 7e 83 degrees 7f 97 degrees 7g 35 degrees 7h 83 degrees 7i 62 degrees 7j 97 degrees 7k 97 degrees. 7l 35 degrees

OpenStudy (baru):

no...you havent fully understood alternate interior angles. the alternate interior angles have to be angles formed by a line which intersects two PARALLEL lines. n and t are not alternate angles because the lines GC and AD are not paralell. n and w are alternate interior angles. because EB and FH are parallel

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I see, thank you so much for explaining this. I'm going to go contact my math teacher for more info as I seem to have clearly missed the lesson info haha.

OpenStudy (baru):

that would be the best thing to do :) good luck!
