For this you need to use: \(\sf q=m*C_p*\Delta T\) which means, \(\sf heat=mass*Specific~heat~capacity*Change ~in Temp\) here the mass refers to the mass of water and the heat is the energy (4254 J) The specific heat capacity is 4.184 J/g\(^oC\) (i suggest you write this one down somewhere as it's almost used in every question).
