Yes, A is correct. A shockingly large number of people apparently think that any possessive form involves the use of an apostrophe (') but this is not such a case.
If you would not say or write "who is" or "who has", do not write "who's"!
Also, if you would not say or write "it is" or "it has", do not write "it's"!
