I missed the part about furniture legs. I thought it was t + c + s for how much furniture was in aisle 2.

legs/aisle =
(legs/table)( table/aisle) + (legs/chair)( chair/aisle) + (legs/stool)(stools/aisle)

another way is

All Pieces of Furniture = APofF = t + c + s
If APofF has fours legs

legs/aisle = [ (APofF/aisle) (4) (legs/APofF) ] - (s legs/aisle)

= [(4)(APofF) - s] legs/aisle
