An adjective phrase is a group of words that describe a noun or pronoun in a sentence. The adjective phrase can be placed before, or after, the noun or pronoun in the sentence. So I believe it would be "the name of Bella."

No i'm not. I'm 100% sure it's in the sentence fragment of "the name of Bella." but i'm unsure as to which one. i think it's D though.
Also other sources say it's "of Bella". This isn't the first time someone asked this question on this site.
