Well you would add to two together. Its easiest to add the whole numbers together then the fractions. 3 + 3 = ? 1/2 + 1/2 = ?

Sorry was gone. Was having to do something. fractions arent like whole numbers. You did 2+2=4 fractions are less then 1. so 1/2 is 0.5
