Were there chemistry experts here, they'd probably be working primarily in the Chemistry section. So while it's possible you'll find one of those here in Math, it's not likely.

Based on what I know about these compounds they can take many forms such as liquids and gasses. ammonia can take both a liquid and a gas form. salt or sodium can also take many forms as table salt and as sodium gas. and lastly H2O can take 3 different forms as a solid, liquid and a gas.
