@inkyvoyd

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

@Hayhayz

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

@sleepyjess

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

how would you get a decimal to a percent

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

Close, why don't we convert all of these to the same form though?

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

into percents?

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

To get a decimal to a percent, move the decimal to the right 2 places, then give it a % sign. .78 = 78%

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

ok

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

So jackson would be 21%

OpenStudy (ryuga):

\(\color{blue}{Hello}\)

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

Yep :)

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

that makes more sense

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

and with fractions into percents?

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

You have the first and last person correct, you just needed that Jackson was 21% and Maury was 26% :)

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

Fractions into percents... we need to get a denominator of 100. Douglas, 9/50, to get 50 to 100 we multiply by 2. So multiply everything by 2, 18/100

OpenStudy (fedorable):

ryuga is the secret name of L in death note, im sorry i had to.

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

would 1. be 18%?

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

Yes

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

ok

OpenStudy (benlindquist):

and 14/100 would = 14%
