OpenStudy (trainermikeweis):

I start my second semester as a freshman tomorrow. My spring semester starts tomorrow. My major is Computer Information Systems and Technology. In my first semester I got a 3.97 GPA, but I could have easily gotten a 4.0 GPA. This semester I want a 4.0 GPA. What should I be doing right now? Any tips? Any advice?

Of course, many people will tell you to go study hard for the exams that are to come. But communication with your professor is vital to your grade. Find any reason to go to meet him in his office. You can even try to get him to give you feedback on assignments before you turn it in. By staying in touch with him, he'll definitely remember you and will be more lax when grading your assignments! (:

OpenStudy (trainermikeweis):

So communicate with my professors. Meet with my professors. Get feedback on assignments before I turn them in. And study hard! :)

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

Yup! And good luck on your future professors! And, good luck in your studies! :) Let's hope they don't turn out to be the ones who like to fail students.

Thank you!
