Quick Questions, please confirm my answer. Thank You! Two stars explode at the same time as viewed from earth, will they appear to explode at the same time from everywhere else in the Universe? I'm guessing no, since time is relative, but some confirmation would be reassuring. Thank You!

The time is always same, regardless of where you view from. Time does not get affected by location, really. "How far the two planets explode", if they are same distance from earth, they could be different distances from another location.
