Please help Find 3x − y − 3z if x = −2, y = 1, and z = −2. A) −13 B) −1 C) 1 D) 13 am i correct i thinks the anwser is D 3 * -2 - 1 - 3 * -2 = -6 - 1 - 3 * -2 = -6 - 1 - 6 = -7 - 6 = -1

OpenStudy (ashes.boom):

technically a negative times a negative is a positive so the 3rd line should be -6-1+6 but you still get the same answer which is -1 :)

I read it back and i made a typo on my scratch paper i have the 3rd line -6 -1 - 6

OpenStudy (ashes.boom):

It should be a positive 6 because its -3 * -2

i know i worked the problem out on paper and that is what i got i put -6 buy mistake

OpenStudy (ashes.boom):
