help on image!!

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

@whpalmer4

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

so it D

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

?

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

ok A

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

@Stormer15

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

B

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

0.65>0.03

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

i mea 0.065

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

becuase 0.065 is bigger than 0.03

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

oops i didnt see least to greatest

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

thxs

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

i think it A

OpenStudy (danjs):

It probably wants you to change them all into one form, and compare them directly

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

@stormer15

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

@stormer15

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

A

OpenStudy (danjs):

0.25 is 25 one hundreths 25/100

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

ok is it A

OpenStudy (danjs):

a per cent, is 'out of 100' , so 32% = 32/100 all 4 are in fraction form,

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

greatest to least so it has to be A

OpenStudy (danjs):

if you change them to all the same denominator, it is a direct comparison

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

then what is it?????

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

excatly!!!!!

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

because if you change it 7/14 it 0.5 and 2/5 is 0.4 so 0.5, 0.4, 0.32, 0.25

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

thx @stormer15 and @DanJS

OpenStudy (danjs):

yeah those are easy fractions, what if you have like 657/851 and random crap.

OpenStudy (danjs):

change to decimal

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

ok that actually easy

OpenStudy (tennis5518):

77.2033%

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

changing to \[657/851\]to decimal gives you \[0.772032902467685\]which is equivalent to \(77.2032902467685\%\) but if someone asks you for a decimal and you give them a percentage, you have given them a wrong answer.
