This is what I think they are A. Every animal that is a rabbit, hops B. Every animal that hops is a rabbit C. There exists an animal such that the animal is a rabbit and it hops D. There exists an animal such that the animal hops or the animal is a rabbit.

OpenStudy (juscallmesteve):

Should B, be : Every animal that hops and is a rabbit? due to the /\ in the question

zepdrix (zepdrix):

Yaaaa seems good :) I was thinking of these in more of like... if then notation, a) `For all animals` `if it is a rabbit` `then it hops` But then from that point, writing it the way you did makes a lot more sense ^^ easier to read.

OpenStudy (juscallmesteve):

thank you

zepdrix (zepdrix):

I would maybe use the if/then wording for part c. I'm not sure of the use of the AND word in that sentence.

zepdrix (zepdrix):

There exists an animal such that if it is a rabbit, then it hops.

zepdrix (zepdrix):

Because I think the sentence you came up with describes \(\rm \exists x(R(x)\wedge H(x))\)

OpenStudy (juscallmesteve):

ok, thank you very much for the input

zepdrix (zepdrix):
