12 liters is 4/5 milk so 9.6 L of milk
20 liters is 5/6 milk so 16.667 L of milk
26.2667 total
of the 32 L - 26.2667 milk = 5.733 of water
so the ratio is
26.2667/5.733= 4.581 (roughly)
if we use fractions we get 197/43
