Are there any math gods here
Take two points on the graph....there is (0,-1) and (1,2) right?
yes
You have a choice: graph each of the answer possibilities and then match your graphs to the given graph, OR By inspectiion, obtain the slope and y-intercept of the given graph and match those two up with the given choices.
The formula to find the slope is m=y2-y1/x2-x1. Plug in the two points in this formula. (x1,y1)=(0,-1) (x2,y2)=(1,2)
ok
hey @weasel123 can u help
The slope of the given line is m = ? At what point does the given line cross the y-axis? That's your y-intercept.
-1
or you can try this- :) just take any beautiful point lying on the line for example (0,-1) is lying on line and then just put these x and y coordinates in the options the one which satisfies is correct if more than 1 equation satisfies then try considering another point :) for example (1,2) and the option which is satisfying both is correct.
ok
can someone just say the answer
We are not able to give direct answers. Direct answers never help the asker learn...instead, when we show the steps and allow the asker to take part in getting to the answer, then they are actually learning something!
ok
one should note that, the original question was erased not sure on gods or deities around here myself, I'm just a latter day sinner =)
@weasel123
well, I'd be redundant I guess, everyone else already said it anyway :/ so.. .pick two points off the graph, that the line goes through
-1 0
im not good at this type of math lol
oh lol k
sadly, you must have mistaken the url maybe you meant to type www.do_it_for_me_so_I_can_transcribe_it_over_and_watch_powerpuff_girls.com
who?
