OpenStudy (study312):

looks about right

OpenStudy (gokuporter):

@dan815

OpenStudy (gokuporter):

@jhonyy9

OpenStudy (gokuporter):

@mathmale

OpenStudy (study312):

mathmale is busy right now

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

what is your opinion and why that ?

OpenStudy (gokuporter):

@jhonyy9 I read the descriptions for each graph and that's what I came up with.

OpenStudy (gokuporter):

@pooja195

OpenStudy (study312):

they look right

OpenStudy (gokuporter):

@iGreen

OpenStudy (igreen):

A is correct..but B is incorrect.

OpenStudy (igreen):

Oh wait, I read it wrong..B is correct also.

OpenStudy (igreen):

Everything looks right except D.

OpenStudy (igreen):

It says it starts with money, but it stays the same for a period of time. The graph you have there shows it increasing after starting with money.

OpenStudy (igreen):

So what line should you draw?

OpenStudy (gokuporter):

A straight line horizontally @iGreen

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Have you been able to match up any of the statements with the corresponding graph or graphs? If so, which ones? What statements and / or graphs are you still unsure of? Please indicate what kind of help you need, and with what, at this point.

OpenStudy (gokuporter):

@pooja195 I need help with D

OpenStudy (gokuporter):

@LegendarySadist I need help with D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Draw a horizontal line.

OpenStudy (gokuporter):

Thanks

OpenStudy (gokuporter):

Is that a function?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well yeah, since it's horizontal

OpenStudy (gokuporter):

Are all the graphs a function?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Just do the vertical line test. If there is a point where there line is the the same x value at two separate y values, it's not a function. So all of those are functions

OpenStudy (gokuporter):

@LegendarySadist Will a graph of the balance of a bank account over time always be a function?
