Pls help

OpenStudy (kamibug):

You can use https://www.desmos.com/calculator to graph it.

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

But is the answer b?

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

I'm pretty sure but idk

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

???

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

hello?

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

CAN U HELP OR NAH

OpenStudy (kamibug):

How did you get it?

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

I just got it idk I just wanna know if I'm right or not

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

No is it 20?

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

No it's 4 sry?????? Right?

OpenStudy (kamibug):

Unfortunately, it's not right. But I think you were going in the right direction. On the graph, there is a point at (-4, 11) and another point at (6, 51). Use the slope formula to find the slope between these points.

OpenStudy (kamibug):

4 is right. :)

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

It's 4?

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

Yasss I have another one if ur up for it

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

PIC

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

Is it -3??

OpenStudy (kamibug):

Take the points (-3, 6) and (4, 27) and use the slope formula. \[\frac{ y_2 - y_1 }{ x_2 - x_1 }=m\] Remember that average rate of change also means slope. :)

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

so -3?

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

Right?

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

Sry 6??????

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

It's 6 right

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

No def -3

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

Ight??

OpenStudy (kamibug):

You were close, actually positive 3. :) Remember when you subract a negative number it's the same as adding. 4-(-3) = 4 + 3

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

u sure?

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

I googled it and someone said it was -3

OpenStudy (kamibug):

Lol, yes, I'm sure. Do you understand, though? :) It would be better if you could show me your work. That way I'll know exactly what it is you're struggling with. ^_^

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

eh okie ty I have some more though

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

PIC

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

Options

OpenStudy (kamibug):

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):

It's 0 right?

OpenStudy (kamibug):

Right :)

OpenStudy (jekdidkdjrjrjjr):
