blitzkrieg

OpenStudy (ffasinger):

@levis is right it was called a blitkrieg it is B

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you

OpenStudy (bearjeau):

Germany did use Blitzkrieg, but in world war 2 nothing of the sort would have happened in world war 1. Because the tactics in 1914 hadn't evolved with the technology, so if germany had used Blitzkrieg it wouldn't have been a four year war, more like a week end because they would have been slaughtered. And Blitzkrieg didn't even get used until September 1939. And usually in Blitzkrieg, you attack from the air, sea and land all at once. In world ware 1 the planes were mostly used for recon because they were very basic and crude.

OpenStudy (ffasinger):

yeah they did @BearJeau

OpenStudy (bearjeau):

They did not.

@BearJeau youre right i misread the question ww1 was trench warfare at its worst
