Can you draw the graph?

or table chart thing

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no i cant

zepdrix (zepdrix):

It's sort of hard to interpret the information. Either they're intending it be 12 pounds for 3 dollars (which would make the statement false) Or they're showing that each pound is 1 dollar, which equates to 12 pounds for 12 dollars (which would also make the statement false)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2?

zepdrix (zepdrix):

2? lol what?

OpenStudy (dani_rose):

I don't get you question It says in the question that the table correctly shows a representation that 12 pounds (lb) of sugar cost $4. So wouldn't the answer be true or is it asking about something else?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

true?

zepdrix (zepdrix):

From my understanding of the chart, it looks like the table is a representation that 12 pounds of sugar cost 12$. Which makes the statement: `12 pounds (lb) of sugar cost $4` false

OpenStudy (dani_rose):

lol idk if it's true or not. what does your question want to know is true or false

zepdrix (zepdrix):

It wants to know whether or not the chart is representing 12 pounds of sugar for 4 dollars

OpenStudy (dani_rose):

I'm just gonna go with FALSE because the table thingy doesn't go with the statement above

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (dani_rose):

Oh okay thanks for explaining @zepdrix :) I would go with False @alibaby

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh ok

OpenStudy (dani_rose):

Good luck with your test/quiz/problem :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks
