OpenStudy (ffasinger):

for 2 it is A iam not sure about number 1 yet

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for 1 it is b

OpenStudy (snuggielad):

@FFASinger The United States did not join the League of Nations because they didn't agree to the treaty of Versailles, they didn't want to be involved in European affairs. At that time the US was a neutral isolationist society. http://www.cfr.org/international-organizations-and-alliances/why-did-united-states-fail-join-league-nations/p30709 @heacain You are correct but Henry Cabot Lodge didn't necessarily oppose joining he just wanted some things to be ratified first. Orlando was a prime minister of Italy. David Loyd George was the prime minister of Britain. John J. Pershing was critical but wasn't a senator instead a Chief of Staff of the US army. Now let's get to the key part. You both answered these questions directly. That is not appropriate and against the code of conduct. This does nothing to help a user learn but instead hinders them. It is punishable by banning.

OpenStudy (ffasinger):

Chill bro some people just want ansewers and if the wanted an explanation we code have explened .

OpenStudy (snuggielad):

No, It's not appropriate to give answers. Please refer to, http://openstudy.com/code-of-conduct

OpenStudy (snuggielad):

It is punishable by banning.

OpenStudy (snuggielad):

You also want to keep it clear for users to come whom are looking for the same question.

OpenStudy (ffasinger):

I get it but Getting the ansewrs is why alot of people get this thing . l as long as you help someone get the ansewer that is all that should matter. thats y i got it

OpenStudy (ffasinger):

so go ahead and ban me if you want.

OpenStudy (snuggielad):

I can't ban you but this site is not for answers. It's to help users understand subjects. Thus the "study" part of the name. We are a study group not an answer site.

OpenStudy (snuggielad):

I appreciate your honesty though.

OpenStudy (ffasinger):

LOL . ok just relax a bit it is not always about following rules

OpenStudy (snuggielad):

Here, it is. There are exceptions to every rule but this is not one.

OpenStudy (ffasinger):

ok sir

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

SnuggieLad is correct. \(\large\rm\color{cornflowerblue}{Open}\color{lightgreen}{Study}\) is just that, a \(\bf\underline{\color{lime}{study}}\) site. Giving out the answers actually doesn't benefit the asker. If you give a user only an answer, you're completely cutting them short from the whole learning process. It is very important that we make sure the user is actually \(\bf\color{lime}{learning}\), because by the time they graduate High School, they're going to need the information that the classes provided in order to be successful in both college and in their future careers. This is why we are very strict about NOT giving just the answer. Also, think about this: \(\rm\color{green}{~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Learning}\color{chocolate}{~is~alike~to~the~journey~of~an~}\color{green}{adventure.}\) \(\rm\color{chocolate}{~~~~An~adventure~with~the~}\color{green}{goal}\color{chocolate}{~of~attaining~a~greater~}\color{gold}{knowledge}\color{chocolate}{.}\) \(\rm\color{chocolate}{However,~it~is~}\color{darkred}{not~only}\color{chocolate}{~the~knowledge~alone~that~is~of~importance,}\) \(\rm\color{chocolate}{~~~~~For~it~is~often~times~our~}\color{green}{journey}\color{chocolate}{~that}\color{lime}{~inspires~}\color{chocolate}{our~}\color{gold}{knowledge.}\) With that said, please make sure that you are \(\color{lime}{guiding}\) the user by giving them helpful information and hints. This way, they can take that information, learn from it, and find the answer themself. It's a fun process, teaching and learning. I can guarantee you, if you tutor the users, and if you try to really learn, you'll have a much better experience on \(\large\rm\color{cornflowerblue}{Open}\color{lightgreen}{Study}\) and you'll be thankful for our friendly messages here today. All that aside, I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day/night, and thank you all for using \(\large\rm\color{cornflowerblue}{Open}\color{lightgreen}{Study!}\) :)

OpenStudy (ffasinger):

Wow ok then!! people these days
