Need help learning Geometry. Use Rhombus TQRS below for questions 1-4
What is the measure of <1? A. 47 B.37 C. 74 D.53 *** I think D 2.What is the measure of <2? A.47 B.74 C.37 D.53 Not sure on this one?
Is SQ the midpoint, it looks like it is so angle 1 would be 53 degrees
That's what I think! Not too sure though
I'm not to sure about the second angle
I don't think there is enough information :P
Can you maybe help me with this, I Know it's confusing finding the value of x or y?
wait!!!! there is 180 degrees in a triangle and im thinking that maybe it the angle by the intersection is 90 degrees? idk if that's right but i'm just thinking that is maybe the case because it's by a point of intersection
180 sounds right, it cant be 360
so than you would have 90+53 and than you would subtract it from 180 to get that angle if im wrong I am sorry
It looks like a right angle too, so that kinda leads me to the conclusion
I'll look over it tonight. It's just worth the help! Geometry is hard lol
And than if I'm correct line TR=SQ
Just a second im going to look it up just to make sure, its been a while since I have been in a geometry class
I was right about the 90 degree angle part
you have to go across the line so 3x+2=y+1
and than y=x+3 because if you are looking at lines the first half is congruent to the second half

>>D.53 *** I think D Correct. A diagonal of a rhombus bisects the two angles with vertices as endpoints of the diagonal. @learnerforfun
<T and <S are consective angles of the rhombus and sum to 180. <S = 106 making < T = 74. This because: A diagonal of a rhombus bisects the two angles with vertices as endpoints of the diagonal. <2 is half of 74 = 37. ==> C.37 @kayders1997 @ |dw:1455878435468:dw|
