WILL MEDAL AND FAN!!! Triangle QRS has been translated to create triangle Q'R'S'. RS= R'S' = 10 units, angles Q and Q' are both 90 degrees. Which postulate below would prove the two triangles are congruent? Select one: a. SSS b. SAS c. ASA d. HL

OpenStudy (simplymarie_x):

I feel like it's C or D but I could be wrong.

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

Is there a figure with this problem?

OpenStudy (simplymarie_x):

No, there isn't, unfortunately. I wish there was.

OpenStudy (simplymarie_x):

I just don't understand this entire question, lol. I suck at Geometry. I'm an Algebra person.

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

There isn't enough info to answer.

OpenStudy (simplymarie_x):

Well what would be my best guess then? :/ I'll just wing it, I guess, and pick C.

OpenStudy (simplymarie_x):

I got it wrong, unfortunately. I bet it was D, lol.

OpenStudy (simplymarie_x):

Thanks anyways.

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

There isn't enough info. We do know we have right angles, so maybe they want HL which is only used in right triangles, but we cannot answer with certainty.

OpenStudy (simplymarie_x):

I flagged it so my teacher will hopefully look at it. Take care!
