HELP! Will fan and medal!!!!!!

OpenStudy (day00):

OpenStudy (fortytherapper):

It's hard to explain, but let's see. They have given you answer choices, so let's start with A. They say A is 4 inches, 5 inches, and 9 inches. The diagram says 800, 1,400, and 1,800 So divide 800/4. Then divide 1,400/5. Then divide 1,800/9. Do you get the same answer for each? If you do, that's your answer. If not, move on to the next answer choice

OpenStudy (day00):

i got 200 280 200

OpenStudy (day00):

Can someone help me with this @rainbowswirl @Dani_Rose @mathmale

OpenStudy (dani_rose):

I would say A since 2 sides would have to be the same

OpenStudy (fortytherapper):

Right, since 200, 280, 200 arent the same numbers, move onto choice B

OpenStudy (mathmale):

As you start at the center of the earth and move outward along a radius to the earth's mantle, are the thicknesses of the layers increasing or decreasing?

OpenStudy (thecalchater):

Our ratio is 800:1,400, 1.800 so what ratio makes sense?

OpenStudy (day00):

Thanks @mathmale and @FortyTheRapper and @Dani_Rose. Was able to get all the answers!

OpenStudy (dani_rose):

Congrats <3 And You're Welcome :)

OpenStudy (day00):

@Dani_Rose one more thing what would this one be

OpenStudy (dani_rose):

A because a equilateral is always acute.

OpenStudy (dani_rose):

An equilateral triangle has 3 equal angles all 60°. Therefore you cannot draw an obtuse equilateral triangle. An equilateral triangle will always be acute.

OpenStudy (dani_rose):

Hope this helps :)

OpenStudy (day00):

@Dani_Rose it did thank you again. Also another one that I'm stuck on

OpenStudy (dani_rose):

Ok just give me a sec

OpenStudy (dani_rose):

I think you're correct

OpenStudy (dani_rose):

@day00

OpenStudy (day00):

Thanks for all your help @Dani_Rose much appreciated! :) <3
