can someone help me change this around a little bit because it says its plagiarized
Most people believe that banks loan money that has been entrusted to them by depositors, easy to picture but not the truth. In fact, banks create money they loan not from the banks on earnings, not from the money deposited but directly to the borrowers promise to repay. The borrower signature on the loan papers is an obligation to pay the bank amount of the loan plus interest or lose the house, the car, or whatever assets pledged as collateral. That’s a big commitment from the borrower. What does the same signature require of the bank, the bank gets to conjure into existence the amount of the loan and just write it into the borrowers account. Sounds far fetched, surely that can’t be true, but it is.
Depending on how old you are you need it to sound like you wrote it. Meaning don't use big words that you don't know the meaning of.
@Dani_Rose is right
I'm 14 and I'm know for using "big words"
and i know the definition of all of those words
To take someone else's writing and fudge it a bit so that it sounds as your own is pure plagiarism, as well as cheating. This is not tolerated on OpenStudy. You will have to paraphrase an appropriate passage on your own and mention the given passage as your reference. Finding, paraphrasing and quoting your sources from more than one source would be even better. Please note that your request violates OpenStudy's Code of Conduct: http://openstudy.com/code-of-conduct
i have given a link to where i got my information from and i was just asking for some friendly help
Dani was not trying to insult you or anything it's just that sometimes there are people who are older and tend to use "little words". People believe that banks loan them money that has been assigned to them by depositors, this is easy to think, but it is not the truth. In fact, banks create the money they loan not from their earnings or from the money deposited, but directly from the borrowers promise to repay. The borrowers signature on the loan papers is an obligation to pay the bank the amount of the loan plus interest or they will lose their house, the car, or any asset pledged as collateral. That’s a big commitment for the borrower. What does the same signature require of the bank, the bank gets to conjure into existence the amount of the loan and write it into the borrowers account. This may sound far fetched, you may think that it can’t be true, but it is. This part I do not understand "What does the same signature require of the bank" what is it you are trying to say?
i was trying to say what is the signature to the bank like why is it important to them making money
i wasn't or didn't try to offend dani if i did i apologize
Okay so you would want to say "Why is the borrowers signature important to the bank?" Then you can keep it like this "The signature is important because the bank gets to produce the amount of the loan and write it into the borrowers account. This may sound far fetched, you may think that it can’t be true, but it is.
Also I was just saying that in case she may have offended you. I don't know I just didn't want anything unnecessary to begin.
thanks a lot sage have a nice day
You as well.
i wouldn't want that either
Would you mind sharing the exact wording that describes this homework assignment, please? The only legitimate way in which you could present the info in this paragraph as is would be to quote the whole thing, inside quotes, or in italics, naming the source. If your assignment asks you to paraphrase the paragraph, then the safest move would be to give full attribution of the paragraph it its source, explain that you are attempting to reduce the language level of the paragraph for less sophisticated readers, and then do it.
This will take some effort, obviously, as you will have to determine the language level of your audience (perhaps high school students) and then tailor the given paragraph accordingly, and acknowledge that you are modifying someone else's writing.
