Do you know what the Elimination and Sublimation methods are?
OpenStudy (winsteria):
I don't really understand it, which is part of why I asked for help

Basically you are trying to plug in numbers so it will equal the first equation.
OpenStudy (warriorz13):
pick a variable
OpenStudy (winsteria):
x @Warriorz13
OpenStudy (warriorz13):
Okay so you are trying to get rid of x
OpenStudy (winsteria):
Okay I don't really know how to do that xD

Yeah :) @winsteria Did you try each option to see which one got rid of a variable when you use the elimination method?
OpenStudy (winsteria):
I don't really know how to do that method very well :/
OpenStudy (kamibug):
Me either XD I like substitution better haha. But let's try it :)
OpenStudy (winsteria):
okay :)

@Gabylovesyou
OpenStudy (kamibug):
So since we could add or subtract in the elimination method...
For subtraction we'd wanna use the same number as one of the coefficients.
For example, if you wanna cancel the number 5, we'd do 5 minus another 5 :D
For addition, we'd wanna use the opposit of the coefficient.
For example, 5+(-5) = 0
OpenStudy (kamibug):
And we know that options 5) 4 and 6) -4 aren't right because those aren;t next to any variables...
