But this is asking for surface area. Would that formula still work?

Surface area would be the total area of it. So you have two triangles. You would do base of triangle * height * 1/2 = area of one triangle. since you have two, double it. Then for the bottom, it's just 24*16. And lastly for the surfaces at a slope. One of their area is 16*13, double it to get both. Add it all up for a surface area. Can you do it?
