OpenStudy (aziaboo45):

How are the results of genetic drift similar to the results of gene flow? Both result in a loss of individuals from the affected population. Both result in an increased rate of mutation within the population. Both result in a change in allele frequencies in the affected population. Both result in a loss of genetic diversity in large populations.

OpenStudy (aziaboo45):

see told you

OpenStudy (aziaboo45):

ait i have to close the question

oyur friends with madi

OpenStudy (ishipdestiel):

I think that c is wrong( im really not sure) i dont understand this

OpenStudy (owlcoffee):

Biogeography is not really my strongest point, but, "Gene flow" is a phenomena that ocurrs when organisms move in and out of a limited geographic positions of accumulated organisms, this meaning a "population". This process brings new genes to the gene pool or might as well take them out. "Gene drift" is when a population accumulates changes, this meaning adapting to fit it's new enviroment thus this population becoming gradually different with time.

OpenStudy (ishipdestiel):

so it would be B, because there would be different species

OpenStudy (aziaboo45):

yeah

OpenStudy (ishipdestiel):

thank you guys,

OpenStudy (aziaboo45):

your welcome
