Adjective clause: a phrase that describes the noun.
It would be D. Why do you think that? Because it describes WHAT the paper towels (noun) looked like, or what was imprinted on them..
I agree.
Is the sentence simple, compound, or complex? After we have finished grocery shopping, would you like to go to the library? A. compound B. simple C. complex

@MissSmartiez
A complex sentence has an independent clause joined by one or more dependent clauses. A complex sentence always has a subordinator such as because, since, after, although, or when or a relative pronoun such as that, who, or which Example: After they finished studying, Juan and Maria went to the movies.
So, what do you think it is? (Sorry if the explanation is too long.)
compound
Correct!
Back, how is this a compound, I don't see any junction words.
it has 2 independent clauses. So not a simple sentence.
It can stand on its what? Own. Compounds, joins two what? What signals it is compound? And, or, nor, but, etc.
I don't think this would be a compound, though, complex yes.
People get this confused, though.
