All we have to do is replace the variable with the given values. I'll give you a cheat sheet. At the end of the day, the problem would look like this; 3 x 3 - 2 x 5 x 2 + -3 x 4.

I believe you plug in the numbers given (3,5,-3) were the letters are (y,x and z). Then solve the equation like normal.
