Discrete question in comments (I need the equation editor)...

OpenStudy (tacotime):

Find c where \[0 \le c \le 18\] and c is congruent to 13a (mod 19). Where a is congruent to 11 (mod 19). (why is there no congruent symbol in this editor?)

OpenStudy (tacotime):

I'm guessing it should look like c is congruent to 13 (11 (mod 19)) (mod 19) but I don't know what to do with this. Solve for c is congruent to 11 (mod 19) by guessing a c? Then multiply it by 13 and solving for than number (mod 19) and hoping c is still correct?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah you just say 13*11=143 and then take the modulo ie find the remainder when dividing by 19. So you c is congruent to 10 mod 19 :)

@alivejeremy you are a useless person @bts30 ok thank you. I guess I was making it too complicated.
