For each minute a race car traveled, the pit crew measured the speed of the car in miles per hour. Which type of graph would best display this information? A. line plot B. bar graph C. line graph D. histogram is it c?
the speed of the car is not constant, but will vary from time to time. How would you present such information graphically? Why not review the shapes of each of the four different types of graphs listed here, and then choose the one that seems to be the best fit? What are your reasons for believing the correct graph type is given by C?
because that 1 u it can go up and down if it is need to or if the car slows down the line would go down, then wen the car speeds up the line would go up @mathmale

Ok, lets work out what is NOT the answer.
Then it should be clearer.
d is not the answer
Why is it not?
caz it just don't make sense
Good accusation, xD. However, it is another reason, take a look at this (I had this for a portfolio, this can help) Pie graph: This particular graph was made to show the divided parts of a whole. Pie/circle graphs can be used to compare different quantities to a whole of something, etc. In this case, the whole equals the total of people who participated in the survey and has picked a favorite food. The divided parts equal how many people preferred this category then the others. To me, this was a simple and easy way to display my data in the two tables. Bar graph: This was also a great way to show my data because it also is used to compare values and categories. In fact, it's vaguely familiar to the pie graph. However, they do have differences. One is that they don't have the whole, or all of the values combined. Two, it uses bars instead of a circle to model.
Long story short, it isn't comparing two or more quantities, is it?
no
Exactly, now lets talk about line graphs and line PLOTS. "Line Graph: a graph that shows information that is connected in some way (such as change over time) " Now, can it measure this data... (link from math is fun)
ugg is it c or not plz tell
"Line Plot : Line plot or line graph shows the data in frequencies, along a number line. " https://www.easycalculation.com/maths-dictionary/line_plot.html I'd go with C on this one, good job
I don't mean to be rude sorry if I was
and thx
^ It is ok, sometimes I do that too xD.
