OpenStudy (vjt):

A

OpenStudy (vjt):

These are examples of some line symmetry > http://prntscr.com/ahdp5f This makes me think that it is the butterfly.

OpenStudy (samanthagreer):

ok glitter what is a line of symmetry

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Can you please explain why it is the answer choice A? I don't trust anybody that gives just direct answers PLUS its against the code of conduct to give the direct answer...

OpenStudy (samanthagreer):

glitter do you know what a line of symmetry is

OpenStudy (vjt):

Just saying I don't usually give the answer right away, I just didn't know how to explain it, that's why I sent the picture after it. You can check my other answers that I have given and that proves this.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I truly am sowwie I just got into line of symmetry so I really don't know

OpenStudy (samanthagreer):

ok a line of symmetry is when you cut something in half and it is the same amount and it is even on both sides so which on is it

OpenStudy (vjt):

Yeah^ it is kind of like a mirror image when flipped.

OpenStudy (threshsupport):

yea its A

OpenStudy (threshsupport):

it means that you can fold it one way or another and both halves will be the same

OpenStudy (samanthagreer):

ok so if it is mirored image then is it a b c @glitter

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Umm. I would say the answer choice A because like @VJT it's like a mirror image. And the answer choice A is a something in half and it is the same amount and it is even on both sides so which on is it. So therefore, I think the answer is A for those reasons. Am I right?

OpenStudy (samanthagreer):

ok so yes you are right and you know that because of http://prntscr.com/ahdtjy it is mirrored on the other side

OpenStudy (samanthagreer):

do you understand

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes

OpenStudy (samanthagreer):

ok great

OpenStudy (threshsupport):

there are different types of symmetry also
