@Aveline

Atsie (atsie):

Alright, so just from using common sense.....the first one you could put in box one would be the orange. I think all of us know that oranges are super duper high in vitamin C and definitely very good for you. So for a guess @lifebluelife18 what would you put in the second box?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hold on

OpenStudy (anonymous):

strawberries second

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah

Atsie (atsie):

Actually you know what, I'm starting to rethink the first box. http://abcnews.go.com/Health/Wellness/12-foods-vitamin-oranges/story?id=20729780

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hello? is red peppers first

Atsie (atsie):

I'm thinking maybe red peppers should be first, and then the orange, and then the strawberries. Red peppers are actually more than oranges surprisingly.

Atsie (atsie):

That makes sense right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah , maybee last is potato

Atsie (atsie):

Potato would definitely be last here. Vitamin C plays a key role in the synthesis of collagen which also will help support the body’s immune system. All of these foods are rich, but the important thing is finding which ones are most richer than others.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok so all of them r tight

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thnx!

Atsie (atsie):

No problem :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

first one is letuin

Atsie (atsie):

That one I'm not sure on. I'm only so far personally in my own Biology class, so I haven't learned much about this yet. Sorry about that :/ Maybe @Somy could help you :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how about this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

?

Atsie (atsie):

Well, you could look up the vitamin E contents for all of those options and figure it out that way :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do youknow it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont knw this at all":(

Atsie (atsie):

Well, you could try my suggestion up above :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i posted a different question

Atsie (atsie):
