How is wind erosion different from water erosion? It is more powerful than water. It carries away more sediment. It cannot erode rock. It can transport sediment uphill.

OpenStudy (cecil_the_weasel):

I'm no expert but I believe the answer would be that wind erosion can transport sediment uphill. Water does not typically flow uphill but wind can blow that way.
