Which relation does not represent a function? A- (0,8), (3,8), (1,6) B- (4,2), (6,1), (8,9) C- (1,20), (2,23), (9,26) D- (0,3), (2,3), (2,0) Please help I really do not understand any of these alternate interior angles and such, I missed 1 day and now i'm way behind.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this has nothing whatsoever to do with angles, interior or otherwise

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the ones that have a repeat in the first coordinate are NOT function, if all the numbers in the first coordinate are different, then it IS a function

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A relation is only a function only if there is only ONE y coordinate for every x coordinate Only one of these does not follow this rule

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sorry mate, idk that's just what we were learning about so I assumed. Angles...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So it would be D? Since 3 is a repeating y coordinate

OpenStudy (kayders1997):

Well it's the x value that can't be the same

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Still D right? It has two X coordinates of the same value and as well as Y

OpenStudy (kayders1997):

Yes
