OpenStudy (isaiah.feynman):

A little thought involving induction. Say you have a sheet of paper, you fold it in half and punch a hole through it with a needle, fold it again, punch a hole through it and so on. If you fold it n times, how many holes do you get for any value of n? show that this is true.

For two folds and two punches ... total holes = 4 new + 2 old = 6 |dw:1458931209719:dw|
