OpenStudy (aravindg):

Why not graph one? To check one to one use the horizontal line test ie draw a horizontal line and check if it touches the graph more than once.

OpenStudy (mallorysipp234):

it technically doesn't go through it more than "once". But it has an open dot and a closed dot and thats what confuses me.

OpenStudy (aravindg):

Doesn't go through so no worries. That's the beauty of this test ;)

OpenStudy (mallorysipp234):

so the answer is "no"?

OpenStudy (aravindg):

It's a one to one function which is not continuous that's all :)

OpenStudy (aravindg):

Answer is yes.
