well I don't know much about the Ruskies but I know enough because I have a great aunt who is from there so I'm thinking it's going to be one of two reasons the were very big at one time but after the cold war they started falling greatly then also he put more effort into making it look like they were fine more than he did actually being fine so take what I just put up and look for yourself and then think about it that's all I can give u.
