Choose an appropriate metric unit for the mass of a paper clip. (1 point) meter gram kilogram centimeter

OpenStudy (animallover8):

So to start off, when we are talking about mass what are we measuring?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the weight?

OpenStudy (animallover8):

Weight, not distance.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (animallover8):

So what choices can you eliminate immediately?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

kilogram?

OpenStudy (animallover8):

Meter and centimeter, because they measure length not weight.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is the answer gram?

OpenStudy (faiqraees):

Btw weight is different from mass. They are talking about mass not weight

OpenStudy (faiqraees):

Weight is measured in Newtons and Mass is measured in mg,g,kg

OpenStudy (animallover8):

I'm aware @FaiqRaees, but they use the same units basically.

OpenStudy (animallover8):

For this purpose anyways.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is it gram?

OpenStudy (faiqraees):

yes

OpenStudy (animallover8):

Yes, because a paperclip has little weight.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thank you guys i have 1 more question its the hardest one

OpenStudy (animallover8):

@FaiqRaees please do not give direct answers. It is against OS code and policy.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

http://prntscr.com/aqyn8t this is the hardest one

OpenStudy (faiqraees):

@AnimalLover8 I dont think you actually understand the meaning of "giving direct answer". Giving direct answer means providing the answer to a question without giving an insight to its solution. But confirming an answer is very different from giving an answer. What I did was CONFIRMED AN ANSWER not PROVIDED ONE.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

faiq can u help me

OpenStudy (anonymous):

http://prntscr.com/aqyn8t heres the question

OpenStudy (animallover8):

@FaiqRaees I wasn't attacking, threatening, or trying to offend you. Obviously you feel differently, so I apologize, but it was just a simple reminder.

OpenStudy (faiqraees):

Surface area is the area of the net. Can you figure it out?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is it C?
