Please think about 5pi/3. In which quadrant would this be located? Note that pi/3 is equivalent to 60 degrees, and that 5pi/3 is thus equivalent to 5(60 deg) =300 deg. Once you've drawn that, change direction. Instead of going counterclockwise for the positive angle 5pi/3, go counterclockwise, beginning with the positive x-axis.
