http://prntscr.com/arl32u I'm trying to use my calculator to solve c(sin55)=68(sin81)/sin55 using the EE thing I used last time, but now when I press EE and press 8 sin then try to multiply by 68 it gives me zero.

OpenStudy (kikuo):

My main question is this however http://prntscr.com/arl3ed I'd like to be guided through this, but I wanted to bring up the calculator problem since I just did the calculator thing with you @jim_thompson5910

OpenStudy (kikuo):

I press EE, then 8, then sin, then multiply by 68, and it gives me zero

before you set up any equations or formulas, you should draw out the triangle if it's not already drawn for you

I did. : ) I'll show it to you.

good, angle C is 81 degrees since 55+44+81 = 180 |dw:1460515496880:dw|

OpenStudy (kikuo):

I used the all triangles add up to 180 to find the measure of angle C, then used that to setup an euation 81sin/c=55sin/68 and then simplified that to c(sin55)=68(sin81)/sin55

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

one thing to remember: angle B is opposite side b the angle letter is opposite the side letter angles are usually in caps, sides in lower case
