I took my SATS. Have any of you taken them? Also, I feel like I did really bad even though I was extremely confident with my answers. Do any of you recommend taking the SATS again next year? Thanks!

ILovePuppiesLol (ilovepuppieslol):

u should probably take them again for a chance at a higher score, even tho I'm only in freshman people told me that

OpenStudy (samsungfanboy):

You could try taking them again :) The higher you score, the more scholarships you get offered for college :)

umerlodhi (umerlodhi):

say nvm and retry xD

OpenStudy (fortytherapper):

Do you know what you got?

OpenStudy (liv1234):

I'm not sure what I got yet, I have to wait a minimum of three weeks, but it can take longer. Also, @SamsungFanBoy I wasn't aware of that, thanks for letting me know! And even if I did get an average score, I really want to retake the test again because I feel like I could have done better, but I'll have a better understanding when I get my test scores!

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

You'll always improve your score the second time you take, mostly because you now know what to expect and will not be as nervous. :)

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

I was told to take the SATs up to 3 times if you can't get it after the 3rd time, then just accept your fate ^_^

umerlodhi (umerlodhi):

same

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

Also, try the ACT. Sure, the ACT has a science subject, but it's not really a science subject. The only thing you need to work on ACT is time. There is less time and more questions in ACT. But it's easier than SAT. (IMO)

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

all good points. may I ask what score you were aiming for?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah. You should retake them so you feel more confident.

OpenStudy (alones.):

;)

OpenStudy (laceybear2016):

If it makes you feel comfortable I would say: yes take them again. All though SAT's only matter if you want to go to a big college first. I would recommend Taking your Prerequisites at a community college and then trying to go to a more sophisticated college. That way the stress isn't on your SAT scores.
